Advanced accreditation : Management/Impact® and Leadership/Impact® (MI LI)
Management/Impact® and Leadership/Impact® are the latest 360° profiles from Human Synergistics®. They measure the ability of participants to attract, develop end retain high-potential employees. They are especially useful in situations where succession is an important issue.

You arrive for an early breakfast and complete your Human Synergistics® LSI® Personal Effectiveness Inventory. Then, in small groups, you follow a survival simulation.
