Intensive, half-day interactive workshop. You will build your own personal and professional effectiveness profile and you will receive a Development Guide to help you make the most of your results. You will learn what the most effective people do to successfully manage their careers. Finally, you will build an Action Plan to help you make highly successful career choices.


Program Outline

You arrive early in the morning and, over breakfast, you complete a confidential personal effectiveness questionnaire. We then debrief you on your results and several specially designed exercises allow you to build your own Action Plan to help you find and keep the job you've always wanted.
