  • Participate in several case studies from the American Management Association and the Harvard Business School

  • Create their own Personal Action Plan to continue to develop as leaders

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

This intensive program will allow you to learn and develop your skills as a leader and trainer of other leaders. A two-day workshop, followed the next day by 90-120 minutes of individual coaching sessions for each participant.

  • How to interpret your ISV360° ® Leadership Impact Profile results

  • How to set development goals

DAY 2

  • The three phases of team leadership

  • Case study from Harvard Business School

  • Preparation for the next day's individual coaching sessions

DAY 3

​

  • Individual meeting with executive coach

  • Review of the results of the Leadership Impact Profile

  • Establishment of a Personal Action Plan to exploit the results
