Holly Schroth, Senior lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, has recently published a study citing these top 10 reasons that recent college graduates have not been successful on the job.

Huy Nguyen, chief education and career development advisor at Intelligent.com, said "Although they may have some theoretical knowledge from college, they often lack the practical, real-world experience and soft skills required to succeed in the work environment".
